Make These Adorable Little Amigurumi Crochet Eggs
These cute little crochet eggs have been made using empty Kinder egg containers, but you can easily adapt the patterns to fit other types of containers.
Once made, the crochet bodies of the figures are then glued onto the eggs. You can use any scrap yarn you have laying around to make the bodies. To bring the figures to life, you will also need some felt and maybe a small button or two.
Are you arranging an egg hunt this Easter? Fill these little fellows up with some small sweets – a fun and exciting alternative to the usual eggs. The kids will adore them as they not only get to eat the sweets, but also can hide little treasures inside these crochet eggs.
The amigurumi eggs have been designed by Ilaria Caliri, aka Airali, an Italian designer who is currently living in London, England.
You can download the FREE pattern for these cute little eggs from here: Crocheted Eggs
It can be a bit tricky to read the pattern as it appears to be in Italian. However, halfway down each text box, you will find the English translation.
Have fun making these lovely little eggs!
