Apparently the original bear was created by Maggie Weldon and is approx. 15 inches high/ 11 when sitting. if you prefer metric measurements this is 38.1 cm/ or 27.94 when sitting. Extra pieces of info. are here as follows:
Teddy Bear – Worsted Weight Yarn : Sea Green – 18oz, 870yds (510g, 798m) (Vanna’s Choice – Seaspray Mist – used in model) Sweater – Sport Weight Yarn : White – 1.75 oz, 136 yds (50 g, 125 m) (Patons Grace – Snow – used in model.)
