These easy flowers include instructions for a daffodil, a daisy, and a tulip. Beautiful and functional, these make the perfect Mother’s Day gift, or an any day gift for someone who just needs a little brightness in their life.
This project is small enough to finish quickly and suitable for a beginners. The pattern has been designed by Brenna Eaves a one-woman team behind Little Raven Fiber Arts.
She has used Worsted Weight yarn, with a 4.5 mm [US G] hook. The great surprise behind this design is that the flowers also convert to a functional pen. Any generic ballpoint pen can be used.
The flower pen finished dimensions should be about 7.5 inches / 19.05 cm and the overall yardage needed is approx: 200-400 yds (183-366m). There is also a fabulous watering can which is approx. 4 inches / 10.16 cm tall and 8 inches / 20.32 cm wide.
