Make This Fun Crocheted Rat Bookmark
When we came across this adorable little fellow, we just couldn’t resist him as he looks like something out of Ratatouille.
More suited for the library than the kitchen, this crocheted rat bookmark is a fun amugurumi project which has been crocheted in spiral rounds and rows (the later part).
The completed rat bookmark has a body of about 9,84 inches (25 cm). Measured from head to tail, it is 14,56 inches (or 37 cm). The bookmark was made using a 2.5 mm crochet hook and the pattern may have to be adjusted slightly for if you are using a US hook.
The techniques used in the pattern are:
- magic ring
- chain stitch
- slip stitch
- single crochet
- half double crochet
- increase
- decrease
- weave in
The design for this awesome little rat, has been the team over at Supergurumi.

Having trouble downloading.
Hi Christie
Sorry you have had problems accessing the pattern. It is purely a link and not a download.
I have just rechecked it, however and it seems to be working, so please try again if you still need the pattern.
Many thanks
