Craft These Simple Crochet Baby Bibs For Messy Meal Times
Craft these Simple Crochet Baby Bibs for messy meal times. They are exceptionally easy and quick to craft, and make a very inexpensive but practical gift.
The pattern is available in only one size, which fits infants 6-9 months old. When completed the bib should measure approx. 8.75 inches/ 22 cm, excluding the straps.
The great thing with this design is that you can embellish them with any accents you choose and make them personalized, fun and unique.
The skill level is suitable for confident beginners, but you will need to know the following stitches:
- The Slip Stitch sl st
- Single Crochet 2 Together Stitch sc2tog – this is the basic crochet decrease stitch which allows you to eliminate stitches from your pattern
Check out the video tutorial for the sc2tog, created by Bethany from Whistle and Ivy Modern Crochet.
The designer for these simple bibs is Bobbi Anderson.
