Make These Simply Spiral Crochet Socks Your Next Project
Make these Simply Spiral Crochet Socks your next project. I never seem to have sufficient socks as I’m always putting holes in them! These Spiral socks are a great project and rather unusual to look at.
The spiral is crafted in the heel, so you can have fun with the colors. You actually begin at the heel and work your way up the leg and down to your toes. The stitches are not special or difficult and are mostly either DC Double Crochet or LDC Linked Double Crochet.
For those of you who haven’t used the LDC before, check out this video below created by Winding Road crochet – Many thanks!
The designer for this project is Katharina Lerch. Katharina has used a size 3.50 mm crochet hook, but used yarn with a recommended hook size of 4-4.50 mm and has used approx. 547-766 yards / 500-700 m of yarn.
If you want to be sure your socks will fit correctly, check out this video tutorial on how to Measure For Socks, created by Candace Hunter Creations – Many Thanks!:
