Use The Solomon Stitch To Make A Lovely Crochet Solomon Pearl Bracelet
In this article, we thought we bring you something slightly different. These little crochet Solomon pearl bracelets are perfect as little gift for someone. Or even better, a treat for yourself …
The Solomon Knot is often also referred to as the Lover’s Knot. You may be more familiar with using the Solomon stitch to make lace, but we just loved Laura’s take on it. The technique she uses to make these lovely little bracelets are just great.
You could easily adapt the pattern to make a necklace. If you are feeling really adventurous, you make a necklace with several strands of pearls.
To make one of these gorgeous bracelets, you will need:
- DK/light worsted weight cotton yarn
- beads or glass pearls
- sewing needle
- scissors
- silver loop, clasp and yarn needle (optional)
You need to make sure that your sewing needle is thin enough to go through the hole in the pearls.
If you have problems finding the glass pearls and clasps in your local craft store, you can find them on Amazon.
